I harness a variety of experiences and expertise, including campaign development, brand management, art direction, strategic planning, digital marketing, multi-channel content creation, and the development of high-impact creative elements for a wide variety of segments and channels. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Partnered with clients and internal teams to develop highly targeted brand strategies and fully- integrated strategic partnership campaigns and pitch collateral for many iconic brands, most notably Great Clips' multi-year partnership with the X Games, Coors Light x K2 Sports Content Series brand collaboration, and the award-winning partner marketing program with Fox Home Entertainment and the Deadpool film franchise.

• Collaborated with client teams to craft conceptual thinking into visual storytelling through experiential campaign renderings and mock-ups, bringing ideas to life through creative excellence while pitching unstoppable partnership programs.

• Oversaw and empowered a creative team, established procedures, evaluated and approved designs, implemented quality standards, and streamlined all creative processes to ensure projects were delivered on time, to quality, and within budget.

• Directly reported to the CEO, Founder, and stakeholders to establish Intemark as a global leader in the partner marketing industry through the development of revenue-generating strategic creative solutions.

• Was responsible for strategy and project management around thought leadership content, including blogs, editorial articles, press releases, social media, gated resources, customer success stories, and webinars.

• Managed an internal creative team of designers and copywriters in the production of creative projects from concept to execution, including but not limited to digital media, promotional videos, animated elements, special event design and renderings, social media activations, on- pack activations, highlight sheets, wrap-reports, client activation art, and other visual communications based on business and marketing objectives.

• Was responsible for elevating the Intemark brand and client objectives through creative design and production of key marketing materials for client projects/accounts, new business, and internal company communications, including website, brochures, mock-ups, renderings, pitch decks, eNewsletters, storyboards, visual effects, POP display designs, digital art, templating, proposals, branding, copywriting, conceptualizing, and brainstorming.

• Fostered a highly communicative, collaborative team culture on all design projects while continually meeting aggressive internal and external team deadlines, handled changing priorities while adhering to strategy, accuracy, and timelines. AFFILIATIONS
