Friendly’s – Hauppauge, New York December 2021 – Current Vice President of Operations

Work directly with the CEO and COO on all financial, day to day operations, long term strategies for brand repositioning. Weekly reports to the Board of our parent company. Coordinates operations for 55 corporate locations and 65 franchise locations. Direct reports are the Director of Culinary, Director of Franchise Operations and Director Learning and Development, and 8 Regional Director of Operations.

• Rolled out multiple virtual menu brands to 83 locations with continued monitoring of sales and performance, seeing an average of $1000 per week in sales at a 30% incremental profit.

• Significantly reduced labor management costs from 11% to 6%, front-of-house costs from 12% to 8%, and kitchen labor cost from 17% to 14%. Additionally, lowered beverage costs from 24% to 19% and food costs from 32% to 26%.
