RESPONSIBILITIES AS Safety OFFICER:

Conduct routine functional tasks i.e., Tool Box meeting, Special Safety meeting.

To conduct safety training and create awareness to all workers.

Obtaining necessary work permits that is required for the job to execute.

Make daily Inspection to the worker to ensure that they are working within the frame of Safety.

Checking the safe work plan and housekeeping of the working area before starting the work.

Indoctrinate new entrants in relation to project safety requirements and conducts (15) minutes weekly safety toolbox meeting to emphasize and discuss safety procedures of the on-going project activities.

Design and installs different kind of safety signs (I.e.,

informative, directional, precautionary, regulatory and others.)

Conducting daily routine inspection to site employee. Observe all safety rules and regulations & takes necessary action to obtain compliance with all safety policies

Checking and monitoring the scaffoldings and the tag system, inspecting ladders, man baskets etc. before these are being used.

Inspection of heavy equipment and lifting materials such as wire rope, sling and shackle etc.

Preparing daily reports regarding safety in the job site.

Weekly joint safety inspection with client and making deviation report if any Prepare income statements
