Trained all Plant and Operations Managers on Lean Manufacturing principles with the primary focus on the elimination of the 8 forms of waste

Managed local sales, technical staff and all manufacturing capabilities for the SGS Atlanta based operation. This included the primary internal prepress and plating operations and 3 facility managed operations in the Southeast
Increased sales from $6.5MM to over $13MM at the Atlanta facility
