Responsibility for five (5) US based manufacturing facilities producing mechanically engraved and laser engraved anilox rolls for flexible packaging printers in North, Central, and South America. Provided Lean Manufacturing training and technical oversight to Pamarco UK operation

Trained all Plant and Operations Managers on Lean Manufacturing principles with the primary focus on the elimination of the 8 forms of waste

General Manager / SGS Atlanta 2003 to 2008

Managed local sales, technical staff and all manufacturing capabilities for the SGS Atlanta based operation. This included the primary internal prepress and plating operations and 3 facility managed operations in the Southeast

Increased sales from $6.5MM to over $13MM at the Atlanta facility
