• Trains and supervises sanitation team members and any other associates working in the sanitation operations. Enforces all safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Oversees the effective cleanliness of the entire plant (Healthy Snacking Plant 324) and restore all equipment into sanitary conditions within the allocated time frame.
• Completes and documents the daily cleaning schedule as described in the Master Schedule to comply with food safety programs.
• Monitors and documents the daily use of sanitation chemicals and supplies to control inventory.
• Coordinates team members breaks and lunches in a legal manner that will not impact production release times.

• Communicate with Corporate office as needed regarding items such as nightly logs, payroll, chemical and supply orders, timesheets, etc.
• Drive Food Safety and Safety continuous improvement projects or initiatives within the facility.
• Lead management team in creating goals and objectives surrounding Food Safety and Safety.
• Plan and coordinate Food Safety and Safety growth for all TM’s
• Complete weekly internal safety audits on staff as well as equipment to ensure we are providing our team members a safe work environment.
• Set, monitor, motivate and track specific goals for the sanitation crew regarding working safe, clean and on time. Attends sanitation meetings (production, FDA, audits, etc.) on behalf of PSSI with the customer.
