Supervisor 2021 – Present

• Trains and supervises sanitation team members and any other associates working in the sanitation operations. Enforces all safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

• Oversees the effective cleanliness of the entire plant (Healthy Snacking Plant 324) and restore all equipment into sanitary conditions within the allocated time frame.

• Completes and documents the daily cleaning schedule as described in the Master Schedule to comply with food safety programs.

• Monitors and documents the daily use of sanitation chemicals and supplies to control inventory.

• Coordinates team members breaks and lunches in a legal manner that will not impact production release times.

• Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices with all sanitation team members

• Identifies safety hazards within the sanitation area or plant and notifies QA Supervisor, Production, and/or maintenance

Assistant Site Manager 2020-2021

• Communicate with the Site Manager daily to report accidents, downtime, damage, and other important plant issues.

• Communicate with Corporate office as needed regarding items such as nightly logs, payroll, chemical and supply orders, timesheets, etc.

• Drive Food Safety and Safety continuous improvement projects or initiatives within the facility.

• Lead management team in creating goals and objectives surrounding Food Safety and Safety.

• Plan and coordinate Food Safety and Safety growth for all TM’s

• Complete weekly internal safety audits on staff as well as equipment to ensure we are providing our team members a safe work environment.

• Set, monitor, motivate and track specific goals for the sanitation crew regarding working safe, clean and on time. Attends sanitation meetings (production, FDA, audits, etc.) on behalf of PSSI with the customer.

• Communicate customer responsibilities required for sanitation of the facility (maintenance needs, water pressure/temperature, customer provided supplies, etc.). In-Plant Safety Manager 2017 – 2020

• Over One year of Injury free plant /Zero percent OSHA recordable rate

• Lead Pre-Shift Meetings about Safety topics, Safety trainings, and corporate information

• Conduct weekly Safety Committee meetings to educate tm’s on safety policies and procedures, hands on trainings for inspections for use of equipment, coaching and mentoring Safety Committee Members to grow leadership skills

• Train Chemical Attendant on Safe working with and around chemical

• Ensure chemical titrations are in range of PPM required and filling out proper paperwork
