Over fifteen years of experience in Kroger Central Fill Pharmacy.

Promoted to Inventory Clerk prior to 90 days of employment. As the business grew, worked with management to create, and develop the Inventory Department to support the Production team.

Promoted Inventory Supervisor in 2010 and currently supervise a full department of 18 or more associates.

Researched, organized, and instructed leadership team on how to utilize Microsoft OneNote in order to track associate progress, write reviews, store copies of weekly schedules, and blank template forms. Also worked with the facility IT Specialist on special functions and ensuring that the shared notebooks were stored under leadership access only on the facility network.

Worked with a second Kaizen group to improve workflow of Peyton order sorting and stocking process; resulting in faster completion times with an average of less than 6 hours per day to process purchase orders. Continue updates to processes with input from current team members.

Created Inventory Clerk S.O.P. for KCF; work with various Inventory Clerks to update S.O.P. as needed to continue improving customer service.

Completed Yellow Belt/Process Improvement/Lean 6 Sigma training and certification.

Completed Green Belt/Process Improvement/Lean 6 Sigma training.
