Responsibilities

•I will spend two hours before my scheduled shift everyday going through the warehouse checking racks baskets and cage’s and material doing safety inspections checking for broken welds missing bolts broken banding on material

•Regularly receive radio calls for machining lines containing two flow streams so 2 op 10. 2 op 20. 2 op 30. A 40. All the way up too an op160 in some cases in more cases than one having 3 minimum robots too a cell id also be responsible for and calls would be different operations that were running out of spec or need to be serviced in some manner from the shift supervisor and it is my responsibility too quickly and effectively address and asses the situation diagnose the problems we are having and correct or proceed with the next steps in getting the area back up and running

•Maintenance machines and tools used at the beginning of the shift or put down maintenance orders for repairs, to the equipment or too the facilities, but will do most of the work myself from experience with time in the field with similar equipment failures

•Do daily inspections on equipment, facility, and materials, that may be processed and too be staged for shipping

•Record fluid level and safety equipment and first aide supplies for each area

•Address safety concerns and process improvements or changes we should make to better improve the flow of work without added risk of injury for operators and teammates while in the warehouse

•Promote and acknowledge good safety behaviors demonstrated by fellow workers while on the floor at our pre-shift meetings to help capitalize on employee morale and too increase more safety awareness among other employees while at work

•Help upper management and engineering isolate and confine past issues by analyzing situations or concerns by coming up with alternatives and reevaluating processes or procedures where failure is a possibility and find methods to reduce the risk of failure
