Cendant Corporation, Director of Project Management December 1996 – February 2001 Project Management Organization:

Established the Project Management Organization for the Operations and Technology department within Cendant Corporation in order to improve project management practices and reporting.

Developed the strategic plan for the Operations and Technology organization, which included Data Center hosting for 15 Cendant business units or partners. Charged with the role of establishing a Strategic Project Office. This included the formation of a team with highly qualified project managers.

Established consistent methodology to provide project management best practices to Cendant and Cendant business partners.

Managed project portfolio of a continuous 60 – 80 projects ranging from large data center consolidations, web site, mainframe hosting, to package/upgrade installations. Developed executive status reporting, metrics and strategic plans.
