Parts manager: Duties include operational supervision of department and staff, displays, ordering, pricing and yearly inventory. Covered the floor during peak periods and assisted them with their selection of parts and accessories.

Parts Associate: Greeted customers, established their needs and provided guidance in parts and accessory selection. Developed a strong and faithful customer base.

Al s Cycle Shop, Memphis, TN April 2005 to February 2011.

Parts Manager: Complete operational supervision of the department and staff. Worked one on one with suppliers and their representatives to establish the areas most complete parts department. First years part sales increased by twenty five percent.

Parts Associate: Sold parts and accessories by determining a customer s needs and desires through knowledge and listing skills. Significantly improved the look of the department through creative displays and merchandising techniques.
