Receive/record all merchandise delivered daily. Supervise, coach, and train warehouse crew. Collaborate with L&P conducting inventory/ sales audits to assure store accuracy. Oversee schedules, workflow, any morning/opening assignments, cash registers, deposits, schedules, mark-downs, seasonal. Resolve equipment issues. Schedule trash compactor/baler container pickup requests. Document all Debits as Received Damaged or Damaged In-Store. Enforce specific instructions and safety policies in warehouse and sales floor are up to date and followed according to policy. Assist HVAC, Fire, Alarm Inspectors/Contractors with warehouse issues.
