Highlights

Wheat First Network Integration Project - The project charter was to integrate over 30 branches into the First Union Bank network. Responsibilities included the development of the communication plan to individual branches as well as technical oversight of 3 implementation teams who traveled to each site for the roll-out.

Trade Floor Migration Project - Responsible for analysis, migration planning and training for a new Bank Investment Management Trade Floor. This trade floor had daily volume of approximately $10 billion. The project was deemed an overwhelming success.
