Supplier quality

•New product handling and PPAP documents verification, correction and approval.

•Tracking of EO changes and reviewing Agreement of Inspection (AOI) & Initial Sample Assurance Report (ISAR) for customer approval.

•SPQR raising for Customer Complaints and in-house issues.

•Monitoring the effectiveness of countermeasure.

•Working towards achieving 8 PPM at customer end .

•Incoming sampling inspection of local supplier parts as per sampling plan.

•RSN, LDRSN, SDRSN and SCRAP raising for rejected components and isolated in a separate area..
