·Managing all project works from reviewing, approving all necessary documents. Ensuring all approved methods are reflecting in the project with regular inspections. Design Study based on Project specification and material order and coordinate with Architect, Client, Contractors, Sub Contractors etc to execute the project & lead a team of 200 members consisting of site in charge, supervisors and technicians. Project planning, actual and forecasted cost evaluations through project progress and weight factors.

Represented my organization in front of client and contractors and Responsible of all ELV Systems (CCTV, VMS, BMS, PAVA, FAS, Structural Cabling, ACS, etc…) Raising RFI for any design discrepancy or any additional information in the systems. Finish the targets as per committed project schedule. Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works & Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site.

Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required. Supports the Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the electrical groups at site and ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved. construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards. Ensuring that the As Built Drawings, O&M Manuals and related documentation is prepared, reviewed, submitted and approved.
