Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Aliza Willis. I am a graduate of Wayne County Community College Class of 2021. I have 13 years of experience in Customer Service. I was a manager for Target in Northland Town Mall for 10 consecutive years. I also worked as Assistant Manager of the Ramada Inn for 4 years. For the past 3 years, I’ve worked as a federal work study at Wayne County Community College, in the Admissions and Financial Aid Departments of the Northwest Campus.

At this time, I’ve earned my Associates Degree in Science and I would like to enhance my career in customer service skills and problem-solving skills, efficiency, dependability and reliability in a major innovative company.
