Submitted reminders to providers about inputting patient charges within 24 – 48 hours after their scheduled appointments, these reminders messages ensure that the providers delinquency list are cleared each day.

Performed in the capacity of a team lead in re-instating patients back into the outpatient clinic setting after missing so many appointments.

Posted patient’s copays. Mentored under the leadership of Dr. Lynn Bowlby regarding the no show policies and procedures as it related to re-instating patients’ back into the outpatient clinic setting after missing so many appointments.

Coordinate and scheduled appointments, consultations and laboratory test per providers request.

Help to ensure the timely scheduling of clinical services, conducted interviews, obtained and processed payments daily.

Ensured all test and consults are scheduled in correct sequence.

Communicate to patients’ special instructions.

Admit patients to floor and request Bed accommodation’s for patients prior to surgeries and procedures.

Input new insurance into Maestro and verify insurance eligibility through MPV to ensure the coverage is currently active.

Enter notes regarding if financial documents were obtained or not obtained so that the insurance can be processed correctly.

Obtain patients’ signatures regarding active coverages.
