As the Operations Director for Licchio Produtos e Servicos de Petroleo Ltda., managed, directed and coordinated the integration of commercial and operational sectors of the company (Procurement, Engineers, Consultants, and administration secretary). Organized sales goals and objectives, oversaw bids for the company’s Inside Sales Department, and directed market research to set competitive product and service pricing.

Managed the suppliers and contract negotiation from $ 1 million to $ 200 million. Developed and directed relationships with key clients and suppliers like (National Oilwell - USA, Hyundai Corp - Korea, Sk Networks - Korea, Neway Valves – China, Petrobras - Brazil, etc.). Attended several international conferences and trade shows in different courtiers such as (USA, China, and Germany), always keeping the company at the forefront of the industry in terms of partners and technology. Additionally, managed and directed daily operations and procurement department workflow, including, but not limited to: planning, assigning, directing work, submitting orders to suppliers, negotiating purchase orders, warehouse management, and the synergy with the Financial department.
