Role & Responsibilities
1. Coordinate quality and food safety programs including HACCP works towards the implementation of company standards.
2. Work closely to the operations and production employees to ensure conformance to the company quality and hygiene standards. 3. Verify critical control point procedures and parameters for completion as per established food safety program.

12. Review daily and shift quality paperwork as completed by operators and technicians. Audits the procedures of technicians and operators to ensure quality standards are being met. Provide high level of technical expertise/support within the facility and externally. 13. Conduct safety briefing in regular basis, and make sure that the premises are at safe condition prior to operation and responsible for the safety of all workers inside the operation.
14. Perform an internal audit for system updating ISO 22000-2005, ISO 14001-2015, ISO 45001-2018, and ISO 9001-2015.
15. Preparing documents for external audit in our company like STARBUCKS, COSTA, SQMS audits and other customer external audits.
