QS: Initially I started as a quantity survey capturing all reported progress, generated weekly and monthly reports to management ensuring that cost was being maintained within budget.

Forman: I was promoted to site Forman, where I was tasked with planning out all work associated with the blueprints, planning and calculating manpower, arranging all required site equipment and negotiating cost with suppliers, managing all safety aspects of the construction site with the HSE Officer’s, lead the team that generated the Bill of Quantities, conducted Toolbox talks with site crew to tracked progress, solved engineering issues with the engineer architects, reported progress to the site management on a weekly and monthly basis
