I was laid off during a company reduction in force of over 100 employees

I maintained a queue of service disconnect orders/tickets via phone and email communications.

I also used contracts and service documents to calculate customers early termination fees and credits. Responsible for managing and maintaining disconnect orders for new and existing customers which included customer communication and education, account reconciliation, service termination, billing, and termination fee disputes. I also worked with sales to develop customer retention efforts when they were available. I also provided a respectful and knowledgeable assistance to external and internal customers. Responsible for meeting deadlines and dealt effectively with a fast- paced environment and multi- tasking while maintaining a professional attitude.

My responsibilities also include keeping adequate supplies in stock and ready for use, as well as keeping up with the latest trends in hair styles for my clients. I was also responsible for staying in state of Georgia code, and my continual education per state of Georgia laws. My attitude of gratitude, personality, and work ethic have allowed me to have some of the same clients for over 20 years.

I've also had the prestige of being a creative and sculptural hair designer. Which as a result allowed me the opportunity to oversee several local hair shows.
