Sorting mail, packaging up mail and delivering it in the mornings. UPS FedEx and anything else overnight or ground would come in after the mail. then we were to scan everything in as documentation and locate and receive a signature of delivery. Then I got trained in doing invoices through their uploads and some configuration through their in pay. At the end of the day we would process any outgoing mail. We would then use the Pitney Bowes machine that would weigh and scale along with printing the postage on the parcel. Anything that needed to go out next day or ground we would then process them and get them ready to go so that UPS and FedEx could pick up.
