• Define the internal audit schedule for the QMS Handbook as well as for all of the MPS SQ, MPS GAP & MPS ETI schemes the Company subscribes to.
• Internal quality management system audit
• Executes these audits punctually by preparing each audit well in advance and finalizing the observed non-
conformities and suggested remedies in comprehensive reports prior to the scheduled external or internal audit is due.
• Actively follows up on the resolving of any reported non- conformities to ensure these are carried out in time.
• Conduct interviews without prejudice and suggests adjustments to existing operational processes in the relevant reports, without interfering with any of the ongoing work- methods.
