Established and positioned two new home health care companies in all major hospital systems in 21 counties. Introduced new physicians and multiple Assisted Living, Supportive Living and Skilled Care facilities as new providers. Managed referral process which resulted in a substantial increase in revenue. In 2014 as a new hire, I met quota in 14 days achieved and exceeded all monthly Quotas, broke Company records for most referrals in one day, and most referrals in one month (40), resulting in promotion to Regional Director and additional territories.

As a Regional Director in multiple State, directly responsible for hiring, training and managing all sales representatives and surpassed projected quotas in 2 States. Exceeded company goal for 2016 of 3.2 million in gross business to 3.6 million.

Negotiating with Morris Hospital Dir. Case Management to reduce/track readmission rates which resulted in inclusion in ACO as a preferred provider.

Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation

Dynamic Health Care – Willow Crest Nursing Pavilion Director Healthcare Relations/Corp Marketing Consultant 2009-2014

Primary focus was to restructure building to reflect current market trends by repositioning small rehab area to the lower level 2000 Sq. ft. area. Generated revenue to make upgrades in rehab equipment. Moved nursing stations around to accommodate family gathering places and much needed upgrades. Results: a 75% increase in annual Medicare census and 30% increase in the overall census, which always kept the building full. Organized and hosted in house and community events to increase awareness and community exposure utilizing social media, radio and newspapers. Consulted with other Skilled Care Facilitators in Dynamic Health care to increase their census.

Supportive Living Community

Heritage Woods of Heritage Woods of Yorkville Director Sales & Marketing 2008-2009 Kept building census to capacity, Increased waiting list for Supportive Living Facility with focus on reducing apartment vacancy time and lost revenue days.
