Manage and motivate a team to increase sales amd ensure efficiency. Provide guidance and advice to the team (section managers and staffs). Maintain awarness of market trends, understand forthcoming customer initiatives and monitor competitors.
Manage day-to-day operations of the department.
Manage the perfomance of the whole department (Sales, Margins, Fees, Staff cost, Waste, Shrinkage).
