Volvo Cars Charleston, SC Production Supervisor, BIW Shop April 2017 – present

Managed 127 Team Leaders/Members throughout the three shops in Volvo Cars manufacturing greenfield startup environment. Act by communicating Volvo Cars' values and company philosophy in line with P&M's five working principles and behaviors.

Led 38 members in Assembly Shop high pace: Panel Fit area. I successfully Coached 38 members in establishing a new skill set that did not exist and formed a team of competent members that fitted and checked the function of all hoods, doors, and trunks on over 167,000 cars.

Supervised another team in the Body Shop, Bodyside Cell, and led 58 members in establishing the Bodyside Stations. Provided logistic support in positioning, sorting, and inventorying all upper and underbody parts for Tool Tryout, MT build.

Received incoming freight, medical supplies, and equipment from the main distribution center and inspected merchandise against the report of goods accepted for accuracy.

Coordinated and distributed 5.8 million dollars worth of medical supplies and equipment to 23 supply sites throughout Iraq to support the Iraqi Armed Forces.

Supervised 62 ground and air convoys ensuring 10 Iraqi Armed Forces Divisions, seven medical clinics, and 13 training sites received supplies promptly.

Supervised a $496,000 renovation to 2 medical supply warehouses and designed a supply program that received, inventoried, and shipped supplies, leading to improved accountability of supplies and equipment for Iraqi Security Forces.
