Select clientele included Sony, General Motors, Coca Cola, Scotia Bank, Aon Corporation, ING, Federal Express, Inter-American Development Bank, Sara Lee, and Johnson & Johnson.

Directed business objectives and IT strategies for US-based global and multinational clients with an expansive presence in both Latin America and the Caribbean.

Established a Global Master Services Agreement with one of the world’s largest insurance brokerage companies and personally led all leadership efforts for the insurance sector within Telefonica USA.
