Mapping the entire hiring process utilizing Naukri.com, Linkedin, Headhunt, references, HR groups on WhatsApp, and employee referrals.

To visit Campuses for interviews for bulk hiring’s.

Conduct interviews as per required Job Specification and co-ordinate with HOD for final interview. Negotiate salary expectations of candidate to reach upto company’s budget.

Succession Planning

On boarding of New Joiners, Joining formalities and conduct complete Orientation Program.

Training & Development

Responsible for Various Training Program in the company to motivate and develop awareness and skills of workers and staff.

Identify training needs of employees for skills development according to their job profile and Prepare training calendar.

Schedule External and Internal Trainings as per TNI.

Ensure and co-ordines timely training as per schedule.

Training Effectiveness and Feedback Reports.

Training Assessment.

Employee Engagement Activities

organize employee’s engagement activities on Monthly basis.

Organize HR Aapke Dwar, Games Activity (Volley Ball, Tug of war, Cricket,), festival celebration, Health Checkup Camp, Family Get together etc.

Performance Management System

Initiate performance Appraisal Process of all the employees on all level.

Schedule Appraisal interview with HODs and their subordinates and discuss their achievement and area of improvements.

Issue appraisal Letters.

Organisational Development

Formulation and Implementation of Company Policies.

Organizational chart mapping with positions department wise.

Updating KRA for all departments

Attentive on cost cutting on HR budgets

Exit Formalities

Conduct Exit Interviews and ensure Exit formalities.
