PROJECT MANAGER

Recruited to work as one of only 2 Project Managers within the Unify Division Services Department and fulfill an important role in the organization to increase overall profitability, managing staff and evaluating activities to meet company objectives. Reported to the Chief Operations Officer.

Key Achievements:

Managed the $500k Government Airforce Base projects across the US & surrounding islands with multicultural personal using Agile methodology, system upgraded including the DAKS System Manager & Console Systems in the Command Post while working with my local branch team, third party vendors, Radio & Engineers and senior officials and other stakeholders to communicate project meetings, schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
