My position in National Custom Packing was Supervisor of Plant 2. My duties where to prepare and start the Plant, before employees clocked in. I had to calculate the percentages of each product we would need in order to complete the whole order. Also had to calculate how many hours it would take how many employees would be needed to complete the other and to cover the brakes and lunches on time. Had to prepare and start off the lines making sure with QC that codes on bags and boxes where the same. Also got all materials necessary to run the line for employees. By providing GMP. Also had a group on side fixing the pallets on hold to send out. Also trained new employees. Every hour did paper work. Daily Sanitation,Bag Count Per Box, Pre- Shipment review, Run- Time Report, Monitoring Checklist. Made sure everybody would be working and in there positions, made sure orders where completed. Dole Food Company - Soledad, CA

February 2019 to March 2019

My position in Dole Foods was The relief crew Foreman. I trained the new employees and with them we covered the whole Production area including up stairs and down. With a group off 15 employees and myself had to cover 140 or more employees on time. I was also in charge of the garbage area had to make sure all the salad bags would be open and only salad no garbage would be mix. By the end of shift no garbage was left. I also did the reed pallets. All the pallets that would be on hold needed to be fix and send out. Also covered for other foreman in different areas when on vacation or out. But at the same time covering my sections.

My position in Organic Girl was foreman or Romaine Line. I trained new employees how to pack, make boxes, stack and make the baskets. Made sure line did not stop if not necessary kept it running properly the whole shift. Would start the line with about 50 or 60 employees but after sending employees to cover other positions where there was no show up I would stay with 20 or less employees to make about 32 pallets. We would accomplish the orders on time
