Human Resources Manager & Financial Controller (May 2010—2021)

Provide Human Resources management of 150 employees across 13 locations. Oversee, plan, organize and direct all aspects of HR, Office Management, and Financial Reporting to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees, compliance with company policies, management of legal aspects of employee/employer relationships, and tracking of company finances. Human Resources:

Maintained Applicant Tracking System

Ensures all job descriptions and postings are consistent with OFCCP regulations.

Coordinates with hiring managers for interviews, negotiates job offers and present offers of employment.

Book-Keeper/ Financial Controller:

Track and manage $6M in annual finances.

Analyze and prepare financial statements using QuickBooks, partner with external accounting, and file taxes.

Serve as the registered agent.

Monitor cash flow, secure financing by acquiring business loans, and develop bids for new contracts.

Analyze start-up costs and predicted revenues to determine growth opportunities and new locations.

Manage relationships with insurance companies, including the selection and implementation of policies.
