Monitoring the availability of things needed such as stationery, first aid and request if needed.

Monitoring and updating shops list & Shop’s on sale and forward a copy to all concerned person’s e-mail.

Monitoring and checking of the expiration date for shop’s permission letters approved by the manager such as displaying of flyers in the information counter.

Issue work permit in a given time.

Preparing work permit summary and forward a copy to concerned person’s e-mail at night time.

Received and relay tenant’s complaint/ suggestion categorically to related department.

Responsible for Lost & Found items, making it sure that any handed over found items to information counter is retrieved by right person by getting a copy of their valid ID.

Prepared security daily report, shop opening and closing time checklist.

Prepare and submit general report to mall manager on daily basis.

Making an announcement for lost child, wrong parking, program/ events of the mall.
