Responsible for ensuring various responsibilities to oversee technical aspects of all works and projects and assisting the Facilities team, involved in sourcing suppliers, setting up contracts, compiling tender documents, management of minor projects, risk assessments of the Property building. Provide technical advice and recommendations to the Facilities management department team members to ensure smooth operations and delivery. Conduct inspection of the properties to check maintenance, clearing, and security are as per the standards. Introduce best practices in the field and ensure proper introduction and training for the existing staff encouraging and promoting Health and Safety culture in the workplace hands-on approach .The multi-story accommodation buildings of G+4 levels for MEP equipment most of the Property which can accommodate of about 16,999 HEADS Which includes Kitchen, HVAC, TFM Services, laundry, storage, garbage collection, water storage and other services facilities in the buildings. Apr’14 to Aug’17 Marina Facilities Management (UAE) as Facility Manager. Responsible for various responsibilities various residential and commercial Facilities in Abu Dhabi and the facilities of a Sheikh community owned by NIC comprising of residential with a total of 1445 units. With Marina Mall Common areas include 345 retail shops and a public beach. Project Cost AED 7.9 Million.
