multiple types of pipe including, HDPE, PVDF, Stainless, Carbon, fiberglass and galvanized.

Responsible for a team of 10 supervisors and 100 plus craft workers.

Responsible for system completions dates, and meeting major milestones, along with work package completion prior to turnover for the commissioning team.

Reviewing work documents and piping installations for QC and ASME piping codesrequirements.

Oversight for site lifting and rigging, lift plan and rigging equipment inspections.

Ensuring craft productivity, adherence to specifications, along with maintaining an injury free work environment.

Construction Manager

Directed a multi-year project of a $150M modification on safety generator and equipment, that was completed on time and under budget.

Provide oversight to team supervisors and 90 craft personnel, ensuring all safety and productivity objectives are met.

Manage 45,000+ QC hold points and inspection criteria for mechanical, electrical and civil with no failures.

Reviewed and executed designs for piping, cabling component tie-ins and wiring.

Consistently meet project milestones by reviewing processes to ensure all project objectives, budgetary needs, team schedules, and materials are correct and meet all QC standards.

Maintain consistent communication with clients in order to quickly notify and escalate project interference that may cause schedule delays or project scope changes.
