Gastonia, NC Ran a Clip Machine for gas springs to make ball sockets
09/2020 - 11/2022. by keeping bowl feeders full of metal clips and ball sockets.
Inspection required at start of shift and every hour after using
Using calipers and pin gages. All data was recorded on Quality
Inspection sheets for the history of inspection. Adjust machine
as needed when changing over to different ball sockets.
Polaris Electrical Connectors Final QC Inspector/Auditor
Odessa, Fl. Final inspection of machined parts received from the CNC
07/2012 – 07/2020 machine shop. Use AQL sampling for quantity inspected. All
Inspection data stored in program called Inspection Easy for
history and traceability. Used inspection devices, (caliper,
micrometer, optical comparator …,) to inspect parts to prints.
When a nonconforming part was found, NCR was written,
traced back to source, segregated, and placed in hold area for
decision from management. Other duties included First Article,
PPAP, calibrations and verifications of all devices used to
measure any part manufactured in the shop. All calibration and
verification documentation was stored in a program called,
Gaga Pack for traceability. This was all use under ISO
9001-2015. Other duties also included Assistant Safety
Inspector and help set up safety programs for the company.

and manpower for the build of automotive weld and assembly

crew of toolmakers, machine builders, electricians, pipefitters,
welders for fabrication, and helpers. Helped out in machine
shop inspecting details for the tooling. Also ran toolroom
machines, vertical mills, surface grinders, shapers, Blanchard
grinder, and manual lathes. Did the hiring and training for all
helpers and machine builders. Worked close with the
customers engineers to complete all jobs to their
satisfaction for final buy-off and shipping.

Received GED in 2009 from Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
