My Experience as an underwriter spans over ** years and includes as a bank loan officer through bank manager underwriting Consumer, HELOC, Home Equity Loans, Commercial loans and Commercial Real Estate Loans. I made a change to mortgages (SFR) underwriting for over 14 years including Conventional, Jumbo, FHA and VA loans. Over 7 years’ experience underwriting and reviewing appraisals on FHA and VA loans with required designations. Ability to analyze all types of complex income include all business and personal tax returns, military income, employment income with commissions, bonuses, and varied work schedules. Appraisal review, Collateral Verification, and Title Report review a a strength acquired while managing policies and procedures, QC and procurement. Over the years, I worked closely with the appraisers and title companies and agents including documenting review and requesting corrections and/or additional commentary from appraiser, title agent as applicable..
