OBJECTIVE:

Hello, my name is Raven and I would like to present a few characteristics and qualifications that make me an excellent candidate for the position as a Medical Assistant. I have 6-7 yrs. of experience in home healthcare. I have worked and cared for various number of clients/patients within these years. I have had the opportunity to work with Alzheimer Disease, Dementia, Autistic, Down syndrome as far as psychological illnesses. As for physical I have taken care of many paraplegics, mostly veterans and quads as well. I can say from my experience, I have great communication skills, I multi-task very well, and have the absolute desire to care for people. I am a fast learner and adapt to working environments and surroundings instantly. I have worked during my internship for school in Podiatry, orthopedics, comprehensive and behavioral healthcare, and in an ER. All of which were ambulatory healthcare settings. I have successfully completed the Medical Assisting program at Carrington College here in Albuquerque. I am also certified in the state of NM as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant. Providing the best patient care and coordination while caring for my patients is very important to me. Giving them an experience of sincerity and concern. Treating patients like they are family, of course following HIPPA standards, I bring my patients to a comfortable place when I am with them. I triage as an individual who is sincerely concerned about patients' health, rather than someone who just wants answers. I plan to broaden my education as my career goals expand.
