• Coordinated highly successful PR and fund raising events: successfully marketed and facilitated the overall effectiveness and professionalism of the annual Paper Industry International Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Banquet.

- Served 150 to 200 people from around the globe; performed several roles such as greeter, concierge and co-host. Supervised flow, banquet hall seating, and special arrangements for honored guests.

• Planned, organized, and facilitated professional and quality events within company budget ranging between small budget of $70 to mid-scale budgets of $20,000. Spoke before several professional groups, introducing key members and programs.

- Girl Scouts of the NWGL: redesigned and organized a father/daughter dance for 120 participants. Streamlined the program and effectively tackled budget constraints by accurately projecting costs and then negotiating significantly reduced rates for the event. Selected menu, prepared and created fliers and order forms, managed databases, greeted and hosted, collected/ recorded fees and prepared receipts. Highly successful resulting in annual commitment.

• Coordinated programs: Made detailed arrangements for work and school related field trips and meetings; including transportation, scheduling, and adult assistance.

• Serving as SEC of Sephora Inside JC Penney, I coordinated events along with the support of the Store Manager, oversaw training, as well as partnered with the Operations Manager in creating a fun, encouraging and stimulating environment where everyone felt valued and appreciated. Rocked it in skincare sales and event stats, often earning number one ranking in sales achievement in the district.
