I have worked in the HVAC, Refrigeration, and Mechanical Contracting industry for the past 32 years, and have had an opportunity to perform a variety of functions within various service / contracting organizations. I have a vast knowledge of HVAC and Refrigeration, Electrical, Plumbing, and Roofing systems. I am a capable service sales account manager / project manager and have managed many of the projects that I have sold. Having sold preventive maintenance service agreements I have good negotiating skills, and am proficient with computer programs and their operations. I can read blue prints, schematics and understand the practical aspects of the contracting business. I would like to work with a company that can match my skills to a management level position. I have been at TD Industries for just under 5 years, and have performed many of the same tasks as at other contracting companies I have worked for in the past. My primary focus has been on building the service contract customer base. Several of my key account customers include: Grubb & Ellis Management Services, CB Richard Ellis, and a variety of owner occupied buildings as well as Triple Net Lease Tenants. Some of the work I have done with these customers include equipment replacement, regional service agreements and strategic customer partnership / relationships. Coco’s Restaurant had several jobs that involved shutdowns, clearing the roof of all HVAC&R equipment, foam roofing and setting all new equipment.

Most notably I sold a 700 - ton cooling tower replacement for the Phoenician Resort.

Of those were 252 Safeway Stores in Northern California, 3 COM Corporation, NEC North American Head Quarters, Altera Corporation World Head Quarters, and Spieker Properties a real estate investment trust REIT where we had 15 - Class A Office Building under contract, one of which was the San Jose BOMA Building of the Year 2000.

Previous Employment Experience

From August 1988 to October 1995 I worked for several other HVAC contractors in the San Francisco Bay Area. My former profession was in Radio Broadcasting - Engineering. Were for seven years I was, “on the air” as a radio personality, production manager and broadcast engineer. I worked for NBC at KNBR, and for the RKO General Radio Network at KFRC in San Francisco, California.
