Resume:

I am a hard-working, smart, and assertive when need to be, team player, that has many life experiences to share with people. I know right and wrong when I see it and always try to do the right thing even when it's hard. I can admit when I was wrong and say great job to those who deserve it. Working as an Elderly Caregiver gave me a full experience that even child rearing couldn’t give me. Being humble in these times is not a normal thing. We depend so much on our electronics and other goods, less on our memory and social skills. I have raised three children, my oldest who took his life at the age of 14, he loved music and was such a happy go lucky child, my middle child-also known as my bonus child- he was 14 when he came to us and is getting ready to go to West Point. Teaching him how to deal with angry issues was a self-awareness, learning experience also. My youngest was my biggest challenge as a child with a Defiance Disorder, her brother’s death really changed her life and outlook on people and made her more intuitive. She is a smart, assertive, standup for anyone that cannot stand up for themselves type person, and she sticks to her word and is not afraid to say, I am sorry or I was wrong. I feel all my children got a little something from me some good and maybe some not so good. Willing to relocate.

Correctional Officer

CORECIVIC-

Holdenville, OK

June 2022 to November 2022

My job responsibilities are but not limited to, bed/inmate count checks, safety checks, meal distribution, running a Pod of 100+ inmates, un-securing and then locking then back down for, count time. Taking some inmates to and from showers and Recreation, that having been a part of my job, this part required restraints, I did not do much of that work, but I do have the experience. It is an all-male, Prison where they have Minimum to Maximum inmates housed. Being aware of my surrounding and what's going on with who is important. Being able to step in and stop a fight before something beings said or done, very important, also talking an inmate who is having a hard time down, can make a difference also. Also, know when you are being redirected from something that is going on, so you need to be aware enough to note time, to check cameras later if you cannot spot it right away. Work Experience

inmates on a tight working schedule helps them and our days go smoother, meals, appointments, jobs, classes, everything runs according to schedule. Working 12-hour shifts is probably the hardest part of the job for me, but as long as we stay on a schedule it works out well. Warehouse Worker/ Auditor Tools and Parts

Private Contractor

El Paso, Tx/Various Job Sites (Private)

January 2018 to May 2018

During my work as a tool and parts auditor we went around to various work sites and audited what they had on site versus what they had on the books. I went from doing that to help setting up a new parts warehouse for this company. We started with hundreds or crates full of parts which we had to find the name part number and serial number for every part in the crate which ranged from 10-100 parts/crate. Next, we started setting up shelving for the parts to be inventoried on (the crates were all stacked on top of each other and labeled). We then started pulling parts by part number and placing them on the shelves, once the crates were empty or almost empty, we started moving the parts around to get them in order by serial number. It was a long tedious progress but fulfilling once it was almost done. I left that job due to a disagreement with the boss because I could get information about miscellaneous parts but he didn’t like that he couldn’t find out as fast as I could. I didn’t fight being let go because it was not worth it and I knew it was just a temporary job to begin with, I couldn’t work with a person who begrudged me for knowing my job and getting information. I was not getting the information in any way harmful to the situation or illegally.

Courier/Delivery Driver

SUN CITY EXPRESS COURIERS

El Paso, TX

January 2017 to June 2022

I transported various parts and goods. Picking up, inspecting, repackage/labeling and remailing or delivering them as required. I did local deliveries as well as between cities and long-haul runs. I can think outside the box when situations come up and know when to ask for help if I need it. Swatting, lifting, and moving heavy boxes or objects was my job, doing it safely was the important part. I worked with hospitals in El Paso almost daily transporting paperwork, tools of some kind between hospitals or other facilities. Making sure all paperwork was filled out correctly and times and dates with names that were ledge able were important. Moving the equipment for the hospitals was important and I had to be sure to do it carefully and make sure I took everything to the correct place; Supply, OR, SPD, especially if there are multiple sides to the hospitals, this is why names and contact numbers became very important. Unfortunately, all hospitals there look alike when you get in certain areas, and rarely talk to the same people.
