Assisted the Training Coordinator in scheduling and keeping track of the training each specific employee needed, certifications with the state have to be renewed every year. Employees needed reminders to renew and complete the 12 Credits of Courses, which we offered within our Company. Failing to comply would mean the staff member would be pulled from shift and not able to work in the homes until that was completed.
