Led district and region in Max Perks penetration for marketing and profit and loss improvement. Improved store sales of non-tangible products from 17th to 3rd. Lowered profit and loss from 17th to 3rd. Lowered shrink in six months from -1.25% to -.82%. Also, while managing the store, training all manager and key carriers within five state region. This also included the major change to services selling in 2013, second district to meet all expectations. Helped train not only store’s managers but also peers, district managers, and regional managers. Ranked 1st in company in Club Max for sales execution. Developed and trained the assistant manager to take over the store in order to move to corporate training before the merger.

Improved overall sales 15th of the 21 district stores to 5th and sales on non-tangible products from 17th all within the 1st three months. Lowered the loss prevention from 1.25% to .52% with a goal of .82%. Ranked 1st in the company in Club Max for Sales execution. The assistant was promoted departure and for the next three years to be in the top of sales within the company. Left due to the merger between Office Depot and Office Max.

Duties included: handling and preparing food, all human re- sources, scheduling, ordering, delivery, training, organization, merchandising and new product testing. Part of only management team to make a profit in the history of Satellite Division during the 1996-1997 fiscal year. Managed the food prep, ordering and delivery of two meals a day to the entire security staff of the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. Had to leave as I graduated.
