Hello my name is Robert Heisen I turned 18 on may 18th I’ve worked two jobs since I got my GED At gravity learning program I worked at THE Polynesian Resort as a Room attendant for a couple months and learned a lot from stripping beds to cleaning rooms,bathrooms,and kitchens and keeping everything stocked until I wasn’t able to make it to work every day because I had a problem with transportation I also worked at dairy queen for a couple months as a Team member making ice creams and blizzards and stocking foods and keeping’s the bathrooms and eating area clean I’m always on time and I’m a hard worker and ready to learn new things and transportation is not a problem.

may 20th 2021 to oct 27th 2021, Ocean shores washington While working for the Polynesian, I started in the hotel as a houseman and would take all the linen from the rooms and cleaned replaces, I would bring the dirty laundry to the laundry room and would load and unload all of the materials for the hotel such as boxes of re logs, boxes of soaps,coffe and a lot more. I would use a dollie and bring the boxes from rst oor in the back up to second oor storage room. We would also take out all the garbages and at the end of the day we loaded a truck with all the garbage from the day and brought it to the dumpster. We would walk the grounds of the hotel and pick up any garbage. In the off season we would replace carpet and a lot more. After two months of doing houseman work I switched Into housekeeping, I would have a list from 6-9 rooms and would have to clean them top to bottom and make them presentable for guest. We would make the bed, clean the bathroom and kitchen and fully stock the room September 2021 to December 2021, Aberdeen Washington While working at Dairy Queen I work as a Cashier and take people’s orders and when there’s nobody at the front I help with making ice creams and bag food. While working here I’ve learned better customer service skills and learned how to work and move in a fast paced environment.

I kept carts stocked made beds in rooms clean and stocked kitchens bathrooms and bedrooms and took the trash out cleaned slider doors and windows cleaned dishes in the rooms re lled chemicals doing around 6-10rooms a day sometimes more in teams while completing side jobs by the end of the day. 0ct 2020 to jun 2021
