Selected Projects:

Expression Study of gyrA and slyA Genes in Vancomycin Resistant Enterococcus faecalis: o In this study, the expression of gyrA and slyA genes in vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecalis isolated from nature, food factories and hospitals in Tehran were investigated using real time PCR. For this purpose, after antibiogram test for isolation of resistant and sensitive strains, RNA was extracted from Enterococcus faecalis colonies isolated from sources in the logarithmic phase of bacterial growth by columnar method. Then, using the kit extracted from RNA, cDNA was extracted. Synthesized. Then real time PCR technique was performed using cybergreen method and comparative method using 16s rRNA house tipping gene. The results were evaluated using SPSS software version 20 with a significance level of less than 0.05.
