I started a consulting firm offering a variety of business operations services to clients.

I provide private companies with complete or ala carte programs to run/ improve their existing operations and plans for future growth.

In this I provided P&L analysis, area training manuals with knowledge tests, management operations training, daily checklists and human resource tools to standardize all daily operations, re-tool existing P.O.S. systems to provide a more user friendly operation. I also implemented inventory programs that work in unison with the client's current P.O.S.

system to give the client the ability to compare theoretical cost vs. actual costs.

Buffalo Wild Wings

Regional Manager/ Director of Information Technology

A privately owned franchise group with four restaurants upon my arrival.

I provided guidance to turn around a failing operation in Lake Orion, MI which led the way for an aggressive growth plan that has gained the company the title as the largest franchisee in the BWW chain. Included in the turnaround was the development and implementation of solid operational and training procedures to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and maximize restaurant profits. Responsibilities entailed Regional Manager for the Metropolitan Detroit area and Director of Information Technology for the entire company. I served as a member of the company’s executive team with contributions to all aspects of restaurant/ company development. I obtained certification through Hospitality Solutions Inc. for computer networking and database design; therefore I performed all restaurant P.O.S. installations. I also maintained all regional databases for all stores P.O.S. operations and developed a cost analysis program that is integrated with the home office accounting program, therefore providing immediate reports on restaurant profit and loss statements.

Damon’s International, Inc.Franchise Business Consultant/ Operations Specialist

An international chain owning and operating twenty-five units with one hundred and fifteen franchisee owned and operated units. Responsibilities included working with new franchisees for assurance of successful openings, evaluation of existing franchise operations and implementing “turn around” programs for situation franchisees. I worked closely with the corporate training, research and development and operations departments to standardize franchise and company operations.

River Square Restaurants, Inc.

Director of Operations

Responsible for three specialty restaurants in a privately owned complex, Chez Pierre Orleans, The Sheik of Rochester and O’Sheas Steakhouse. Responsibilities entailed all aspects of restaurant development and operations.. I also developed an aggressive marketing strategy with a “Beat the Street” attitude to gain local business and cliental loyalty.

The Fox & Hounds

A privately owned operation established in 1921. Restaurant services included fine dining, catering, banquets and an entertainment lounge. I developed “Positively Perfect Service,” a program to heighten guest satisfaction. Restructured area systems, training and management accountability to gauge achievement of results. With an aggressive marketing plan, fiscal year end gross sales were up $600,000 from the previous year and we set a new single day sales record of $25,000.
