ROBESON HEALTH CARE CORPORATION (RHCC) — Pembroke, NC Private, non-profit, community health center established in 1985 with a total of 16 locations and approximately 225 employees across North Carolina. RHCC provides primary, preventative, and substance abuse services.
HR Technician, 1999 to 2001
Position served as an overall HR generalist and assisted the Chief HR Officer in all aspects of Human Resources.
HR Manager, 2001 to Present
Responsible for all new hires, orientation program, placing all recruitment ads, etc.
Responsible for HR compliance with all governing bodies, including but not limited to, Joint Commission, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC), NC Office of Rural Health, etc.
Responsible for conducting all pre-employment background investigations, drug screens, negotiating salary, etc.
Annually update Personnel Policies & Procedures covering issues including disciplinary procedures, code of conduct, FMLA policy and benefits information.
