Subsample the frames of the video to 4:2:0 subsampling standards, performed DCT and quantization.

Implemented exhaustive search and conjugative search algorithms for the I, B and P frames. VLSI Implementation for de-noising an image using SEPD Architecture (2013)

Designed an effective image de-noising technique using Verilog.

Implementation of Edge Oriented Noise Filter algorithm and results were observed on ModelSim Simulator and FPGA kit.
