• Developed training material and delivered a series of training sessions to the Provincial Investment Commission and the Assistant Governor of Economics for Diyala Province. This training covered strategic planning and analysis, and has helped the Provincial government in their engagement with a variety of international investors.

• Implemented a large scale business development project with the Army that provided 4000 micro grants to merchants in areas affected by political violence. This program has resulted in thousands of shops re-opening, and the complete revitalization of one of the most important markets in Diyala province Iraq.
