National Sales Manager and National Retail Manager of all national accounts including The Home Depot, Lowes, ACE, DIB, TV, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Target, and on and on. Hired direct sales personnel and provided training and support necessary to achieve success in meeting sales goals. Hired and Managed 3rd Party Manufacturer’s Sales Groups to help lead us into new market categories. Developed strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and grow the customer base. Spearheaded new product development with existing product line by adding new innovative features, advantages, and benefits as well as development of new products that lead to 7 years in the CPG Industry; Kroger/Albertsons/Shop Rite/etc… Established new global distribution partners in 2013.

Key Achievements:

Drove sales from $3M in 2003 to $25M in 2010.

New product development raised revenue in existing product line from commodity-oriented products averaging 25 GM% to 90+ GM% in 2014 onward; with total sales exceeding $60M.

Discovered and developed a relationship/partnership, with a Global Leader in Design and Engineering (Michael Graves Design Group) …together came up with a new Consumer Package Goods market leader with EVO Oil Sprayers.

Launched this new product category in 2014 which won the Innovation of the Year Award at the International Housewares Show in 2015.

Launched that Innovation (EVO) into Retail Chains across the USA. First at QVC, in which I personally appeared over 400 times on TV over 3 years.

Developed, Managed and of course traveled to new Global Distribution partnerships in Europe and the Far East to further develop Company Revenue.

Promoted to this new position and relocated to Atlanta, GA to develop and grow our product line in The Home Depot.

Introduced our construction/building product Pneumatic Nail Guns / Staplers and Compressors to THD and successfully grew our Market Share by adding new products, fasteners and finally Flooring Cleat Nailers to the Line.

Managed constantly changing “points of contact, or Merchants” in order to keep up with the National expansion of the Retailer.
