• Project management: Spearheaded a team of 18 cross-functional executives to oversee logistics of raw materials from point of manufacture to project site (>1500miles); collated and verified required documentation upon finalization of construction contract.

• Logistical optimization: Achieved significant reduction in idle inventory worth $120,000 and warehousing cost for raw materials at the project site by planning the frequency of delivery of raw materials by trucks to ensure their simultaneous consumption.
