JOB DESCRIPTION

To ensure standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in all the rooms and public areas.

Monitoring quality ensuring that the guest experience exceeds expectations and all operational standards are achieved.

Order all supplies for the housekeeping department to ensure efficient and cost effective management.

Controlling stock room management across all the areas such as linen, operating equipment to ensure budgets are adhered to.

Proactively supporting in the development of all the team members, ensuring that any training requirements are met.

Work closely and attend regular review meetings with other departments like Front office, Engineering, Sales.
