Wholesale Customer Information System (WCIS) Customer Master Data Wholesale Information Services Master Data Management (MDM) system for the Wholesale Bank’s Customer System of Record (SOR) that uses “legal entity” as the common definition for a customer. Used to maintain legal entity data attributes, legal and credit hierarchies, linkages to 100+ Wells Fargo systems, and enriched with third party external sources to provide a comprehensive “golden” customer definition that ensures accurate customer information throughout the division.

• Created and managed a team of up to five senior technical BSC’s responsible for creation of design documents for net new functionality, enhancements, and defect corrections. Documentation includes Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) or other solution documentation if scope of work if smaller. o 2013 Coordinator Process and Re-point from Profit ax to CDS – Process created which aggregates all account details for a customer entity, prioritizes the account details, and chooses and winning account to determine Line of Business (LOB) and Relationship Manager (RM) ownership of the entity. This Coordinator assignment is used to determine responsibility for completing administrative tasks for the customer and handling customer communications. Account data source was re-pointed from one data source to another later in the year requiring large mapping and transformation effort.
